The impingement tunnel freezer is a simple structure, highly efficient freezing equipment. It can be divided into impingement mesh belt tunnel freezer and impingement solid belt tunnel freezer.
Impingement mesh belt tunnel freezer chills and freezes products by shooting cold air directly to the top and bottom surfaces of the belt. The fans with high pressure air boxes blow air through special made nozzles to products. The special blowing way with enough evaporating area ensures better heat exchange and freezing rapidly.
It is mainly used in quick freezing granular, nuggets, and flat foods, such as corn, shrimp, fish fillet, hamburger patties etc.
